Even Our Bathrooms Are Fab-u-lous!

More pictures of our showroom are coming soon....i promise! But for the time being, check out our amazing bathrooms.

Our curator, Andrew Anderson, recruited some reknowned local artists to give each bathroom a VERY distinct look and feel. The bathrooms started out exactly the same but in the end could not feel more different. enjoy!

First is Matthew Rodriguez

And Xochi Solis

Then Zach McDonald

And finally Nathan Nordstrom.

It's pretty incredible when you start with 4 identical spaces and let artists loose to do what they do best....the results are breathtaking!

Bisazza

I just had to share this Bisazza picture.....it's amazing! Most of their tile is stocked in Miami, so you too can have a wall like this in no time! And yes, that is actual 24K white gold.....

Urbanspace Grand Opening Party

Urbanspace Realtors had their grand opening party last Friday night and it was quite a time. For those of you that don't know, Threshold and Urbanspace share the corner block of 5th and West. Our spaces are separate, but they open up to one another....creating the perfect party palace. Austin's own Foot Patrol provided the entertainment....and trust me, it was VERY entertaining....

Would you buy furniture from these people? You know you want to....

Spring Condo Party

The developers of Spring Condos held a party recently and Karen Kopicki of Dick Clark Architecture, who designed all of the beautiful spaces in Spring, brought Threshold in to stage one of the units. Threshold's director of creative development, Alan Cano, utilized the pieces that we had in stock and fully furnished and decorated the smallest of the spaces available...showing just how much fun and style you can have in 565 square feet.
