We're talking with many incredible vendors now, and we've just secured a great one....Moroso. These Italian artists have been producing stunning statement pieces since 1952. They have produced work from designers like Patricia Urquiola, Ron Arad, Carlo Colombo, Enrico Franzolini, Marc Newson, Toshiyuki Kita...even the amazing Tord Boontje and the now legendary Marcel Wanders.

The icing on the cake is that they have a fantastic quick ship program. Pieces of art in just 10 days...you can't beat that.

For the first true entry in our brand-spankin' new blog i'd like to introduce Autoban built by De La Espada. This gorgeous furniture line is the creative collaboration between one of Istanbul's leading design firms, Autoban, and De La Espada, who is known for their modern designs crafted using only the best woods and construction. The result is a stunning collection of sleek modern pieces that maintain their warmth due to the raw woods, as well as colorful and timeless accessories to personalize a complete look.

Our first order is already on the way to us...come to the store December 1st to fall in love.

Welcome to Threshold's new blog! I'll be sending updates of all the amazing furniture, lighting, and accessories that we will carry....as well as store updates, events, and pretty much anything design related that makes me drool....

Threshold is set to open before December 1st....we've got lots to do and are very excited to bring a brand-new crop of amazing artists and craftsmen to Austin.
