News From Milan!

Our fearless leader, Lindsay, has been in Milan all week for the Salone Internazionale del Mobile, the world's coolest and most innovative furniture show. Here are a couple of pics, including one of her picking out fabrics for a sectional from the ever-so-fabulous Kenzo Maison. Gallery Threshold....And New Events

As part of our grand opening we unveiled the (unfortunately temporary) 'Gallery Threshold'. This space has a perfect gallery feel and is located across the street in the ground floor of the Austin City Lofts. The amazing Michael Merck showed works along with orignal and wonderfully funky pieces from Verokolt. We think their works are absolutely perfect together.

And speaking of Michael, he will be giving a talk about his work and process at the Gallery Threshold next Thursday, April 30th, from 6-8pm. Come join us for drinks and snacks and to hear more from this increible talent.

Time To Head Outdoors...

Just in time to hang outside, Threshold has received amazing outdoor pieces from Moroso, Diamond Teak, Six Inch, Planika Fires and Newbold Stone. The color and energy they create is pretty incredible....they can transform any outdoor area to a work of art.

Threshold Grand Opening Extravaganza!

We FINALLY hosted our grand opening party Saturday night (4/4), and we had quite a blast. Many thanks to the amazing artist Michael Merck, the fabulous Roni and Hallie from Verokolt, Luxe Magazine, Gumbos, La Pistola Photography (you rock Chad!), Jason Dragna, a.k.a. DJ Fundamental, Darkstack Productions, Marquee Event Group, Merveille Events, Uptown Valet, Sugar Mama's Bakeshop, Tito's Vodka, Twin Liquors...and every single person that showed up or took part in making that night such a huge success. Special thanks go out the PR intern extrordinaire, the lovely and ever so talented Erin Mallory....without her it certainly would NOT have been possible!
